One simple yet effective method children can use to balance their energy centres is by placing crystals on them and lying quietly for around 30 minutes. This practice allows the subtle energies of the crystals to interact with the child’s energy field, promoting relaxation, inner harmony, and overall well-being.

Here’s how children can incorporate this simple crystal energy balancing practice into their routine:
Selecting the Crystals
Begin by choosing crystals that correspond to the specific energy centres or chakras your child wishes to balance. For example, if your child is feeling anxious or restless, they may benefit from placing calming crystals like Amethyst or Blue Lace Agate on their forehead (associated with the third eye chakra). If they’re experiencing digestive issues or low self-esteem, they may choose crystals like Citrine or Yellow Calcite for their solar plexus chakra (located in the abdomen).
Preparing the Space
